This used to be a great app that worked perfectly for us, and it was a pleasure to work with the team on a couple of occasions we did need help. It looks as if they stopped updating the app over the last few months: does´t load correctly on the Shopify admin, which creates a lot of additional work. We have been seeing a Shopify API warning also over the last few months. The filters aren´t working. If they don´t want to update it they should at least try to sell it or discontinue the app. At least we can go elsewhere instead of paying the monthly fee. My last ticket went unanswered regarding the filters not working.
Thanks for the review update! We haven't stopped updating the App - in fact soon there's coming a big update, which we've been preparing for quite some time. Regarding your ticket from last week - we're very sorry that it went unanswered. There was a little misunderstanding - completely on our end. Rest assured that it will be handled now. The filters you asked for do work, however, there's a difference on how different data segments are processed (orders, customers, products). The Shopify API warning means that the App needs to be adjusted to the new Shopify API version, which has been done (the notification message disappears soon, if it hasn't already). - Samuli / Approosters
