The support service is exceptionally good! Response time is great and level of detail and care has been excellent!

This app is giving me a lot of trouble...the majority of the prior notices I send go through to the FDA with all the requisite info, except the products! I have spent countless hours since installing this app troubleshooting it, and for 75% of the notices I sent, I had to manually redo them...making the entire point of this app somewhat questionable for me. Support is only by email...they are trying to help, but some responses take a couple days, and they are suggesting that this problem is only happening to me which I find hard to believe but I am still holding out hope to get this sorted, at which point I'll update this review, but for now it's hard for me to give it anything other than 1 star.
