Good app and support gets back to you within a reasonable time. I have never had an issue that support was not able to solve. I recommend the app.

Truly excellent customer support! I needed help setting up a BOGO campaign with some complex requirements, and the AIOD team was able to guide me through it and get everything working within hours. Highly recommend!

Very simple to use, endless features. Suport is amazing. The only app i found that allows automatic disocunts triggered by discount codes and automatically.

Absolutely fantastic support - pointed me in the right direction when I wasn't able to set up a fixed-price multi-buy discount as I was choosing the wrong option. It's a very robust app, and helps get around lots of the limitations of Shopify Discounts, like being able to do fixed prices on offers, and allowing different discount amounts per product with a single code.

We've been using this app for a couple of months and overall it has been a very positive experience. What stood out most was the level of customer support provided by the team. When there was an issue, their support staff responded promptly and took the time to fully understand the problem rather than offering generic solutions. It’s clear they take user experience seriously and are willing to go the extra mile.
