Excellent customer service. We are in the process of upgrading a very outdated theme and had a lot of detailed questions right out of the box. Jake not only responded immediately but took the time to address each bullet point specifically and in detail and additionally made suggestions outside of just what applied to his app. We really appreciated this level of attention and care.
