Excellent customer service. We are in the process of upgrading a very outdated theme and had a lot of detailed questions right out of the box. Jake not only responded immediately but took the time to address each bullet point specifically and in detail and additionally made suggestions outside of just what applied to his app. We really appreciated this level of attention and care. We will now be looking to see what else he has to offer that may benefit our new site design and focus. Thx Jake!

This is my first experience configuring a B2B Wholesale function in Shopify, and folks this app works very well indeed. The developers guided everything, and even set it up and gave excellent examples, and helped me along the way with excellence. For a business model like ours that includes direct-to-customer retail and wholesale and distributors, this integrated the two very well.

I began my Shopify website building adventure by watching terrific, comprehensive tutorials on their website. The information provided was invaluable to me, especially being a novice platform builder. Our business model includes both Direct Online sales as well as Wholesale. After some research, including what Process Wholesale had to offer, I decided on this app, as it addressed ALL of my needs. I followed the precise directions on their tutorial and am thrilled with the results! I had a question that was answered very quickly and adequately by support staff!
