Has sped up and streamlined our warranty processes so well, the natural integration has eliminated pain points we had with double handling of details and separate platforms between original orders and warranty handling, as well as housing fault images in one place and the AI ability to determine fault based on previous learning has made it a no brainer. Couldn't see us going back to our old system
