Gute Grundidee - miserable Umsetzung. Bundles werden nicht unterstützt. Jeder Preis muss mühsam von Hand eingepflegt werden. Eine manuelle Erfassung von B2B-Bestellungen ist NICHT möglich. Nachträgliche Anpassungen von B2B-Bestellungen in Shopify sind NICHT möglich. Ständige Verwirrung beim B2B-Kunden, weil der B2C-Warenkorb sichtbar bleibt, jedoch nicht benutzt werden darf. Die Funktionsweise wird ohne aufwändige Erklärung von Resellern nicht verstanden, was ständig zu Fehlern führt. Da eine nachträgliche Anpassung in Shopify nicht möglich ist, muss dann ein Auftrag komplett storniert und in shopify händisch neu angelegt und rabattiert werden. Verbesserungen werden seit 2Jahren versprochen aber nicht umgesetzt. Support habe ich schon lange keinen mehr erhalten und die Support-Buttons in der App sind ohne jede Funktion. Fazit: Ein absolutes Stiefkind von Eshop-Guide das auch als solches behandelt wird.

Für uns als deutsche Firma ist die B2B App von Eshop Guide die wohl beste auf dem Shopify-Markt, da sie alle Gegebenheiten im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum abdeckt. Brutto-/Nettopreise, VAT-IDs, etc. Kombiniert mit einer einfachen Bedienung und einem sehr guten und netten Support, der Anregungen nicht nur höflich aufnimmt, sondern - wenn machbar - direkt umsetzt und die App weiterentwickelt. Deshalb von uns 5 Sterne.
