Great app, we have potential customers asking questions right under the product rather than having to use the "contact us" which can be very generic. If you need a good point of contact for a specific item on your website, this app works very well & is customizable too.

I love this feature! Easy to use dashboard ... Customer service is fantastic. They literally helped me set up the entire app in just a few hours.

Enorm Apps are incredibly helpful and responsive! When I first loaded the code I had an error showing which they fixed and they even went as far as matching the colour of Ask a Question button to my existing colour. After a week of being up, I have had my first query come through. Ask a Question lets customers ask for details quickly when they don't have the time or inclination to live chat, fill out the contact us form or call. Very impressed! I wish so many websites had something as easy.

Once again, another terrific app from this team. Very sleek, very easy to use. Looks nice in the product.
