Amazing service and really simple, effective interface. If you have an issue, EMAIL THE TEAM AND THEY WILL RESPOND!!! I wanted help with customisation and not only did I get a response, but my change was coded by the team into my Shopify within TWELVE HOURS. This is an amazing app with gold standard customer service!

The Bundable app itself is great - it does what it says, and you can offer build-a-box type products for your customers. It's easy to implement onto your website, even if you're a beginner. However, I cannot rave enough about how amazing Sovi App's support is. Anton and Anthony slaved away to make sure that every aspect was perfect and true to my vision. Even with lots of revision, and a LOT of back-and-forth, they were patient with me and did their best to execute my vision - and if something was not possible, they would explain so respectfully in layman's terms. The amount of work they did and time they spent liaising with me was 100% complimentary, which makes it all the more insane. As in, insanely ridiculously AMAZING service. I've used a lot of apps from bigger companies who would take 7-10 business days to respond to a simple enquiry, if at all. The service from Sovi Apps makes the experience of building your Shopify store all the more simple, less daunting, and encouraging. Having a friendly face in your corner when you're building your business is always a welcome sight. Bundable isn't a big investment, but it'll be your best one. Anything Sovi Apps produces will be.

This app helped me greatly! The customer service was super quick to respond and helped me not only maximize the apps functions but also wrote in some code (for free) to help me customize the bundle experience to match our branding a bit more. Super cool!

This is a great bundle app! Not only is it highly functional, but the support team answers within a few minutes and provides general customizations. I highly recommend this app after having tried several other bundle apps.

I am using this app for quite some time now. It perfectly fits our needs on selling bundles. Very easy to use even for the customers to navigate. And the best part, the support team being so helpful and available all time.

Great app for offering Bundles in Shopify - pulls in products via collections and offers a range of options to customise pricing, discounts and more. What really sets it aside in my experience is the customer service; we needed some help with styling the bundle builder to match our site and got replies within a few hours, as well as the actual styling work all done for us in a similar timeframe, to a really high standard. 100% Recommended!

App runs fast, no glitches, good built-in features like popup information sheets for products in bundles. Blazing fast support with custom solutions in usually only a few hours!! I wish all tech support was like this! We could easily funnel all our sales through this app with the support they've provided.

We use the app to better organise our website for purchasing custom bags of socks. It was so easy to set up, and the dev team (namely Anton) were so attentive and quick to sort our enquiries. We will definitely be taking advantage of this app for other pages of our website, and would recommend to anyone looking for better organisation for bundling products together

We're loving this app! It's easy to use, and 10 stars for the lightning fast response we received from Anton when we switched themes and had a small glitch in the transition. Anton knew exactly what to do and quickly resolved the issue.

UPDATE: Support got back to me after my second message and apologized for the delay response in getting back to me. Anton offered me a guided solution to resolve the issue I was having and as a result I have adjusted the rating to reflect how I feel about this incredible app. I have not found another app that allows you to create bundles in the way I want to. Love it. First Review: Giving a three star due to lack of support response. Love the concept of this app, as it offers a bundle opportunity that I have yet to find in other bundle apps. However, the bundle feature I set up is conflicting with the theme of my site and I have sent two support messages seeking help with no response yet. I really hope to get it resolved as I love the what the app offers.

This app is INCREDIBLE! I searched far and wide for an app that could let our customers bundle our products easily. This app is by far the best one I could find. The developers even helped us make a few small changes to the code to make it even more functional for customers. I highly recommend this app!

I looked at a lot of build a box options and Bundable elegantly creates several options for us to allow customers to customize their own box or even purchase ones we have created. Also need to thank Anton who helped us on the weekend with formatting using the Flex theme.

I installed this app the other day to test it out. Unfortunately for me it was missing a feature I really needed so I had to uninstall it. But I am writing this review because of their support. My store was experiencing a serious issue this week and I thought it was because of code left behind in this app. It turned out that this app had absolutely NOTHING to do with my store issue but when I reached out, Anton responded back to me within about 30 minutes late at night. Even though I was no longer a customer of his and even though he knew his app was not the issue, Anton continued to work with me in real time for the next hour and a half to help me determine the root cause of my store's issue and to ensure it was resolved for me. What incredible service that shows Anton just cares about me and my business period - does not matter whether I am a paying customer or not. If this app or any other app by Sovi can work for you, I highly suggest adding it just based on the care and the customer support/service alone. I have found none better in my time dealing with Shopify app support groups. Thank you Anton for caring about the success of my store - it is much appreciated!!
