i installed the app , it was a bit complicated to active with the codes so i gave them permissions and they did it for me

I downloaded this app, hoping to add a countdown on our out-of-stock products to inform our customers when the restocks would be. Unfortunately, the countdown doesn't work on out-of-stock products. The support got back to me super-fast to help when it wasn't showing up. I'm only choosing four stars because the functionality could be better and the fact that it doesn't work on out-of-stock products could have been communicated in the documentation somewhere (or somewhere more obvious, since I spent an hour trying to make it work and couldn't figure it out.)

nice but we need to enable the countdown to place it wherever we want please, not only at product pages.
Hi there, Urgency Bear was built to focus on the most converting page of the storefront - the product page. To serve our unique stock countdown feature, the app must obtain the product ID which is presented to your customer. As such, it can not load on a general page, which does not include a product ID. Thank you for sharing your suggestion with our team! We will be happy to let you know if general pages are supported in the future.
