Pretty straightforward to use and excellent, highly responsive support if required. Nice look and feel FAQ page and easy to edit according to your own branding.

This is a really useful app that reduces the amount of text on pages! The support is also really good and responsive! Ilia was brilliant in assisting me on a minor technical issue which was solved very quickly..

We use this app in our product pages and the FAQ section, and it performs effortlessly. We also had a couple of requests that they handled without any issues. Highly recommend!

The EasySlide app is a great addition to our site, enabling product and customer information to be succinctly presented. Customer support from the developer has been extremely helpful and fast. Highly recommended.

WONDERFUL!!! I couldn't believe that this wasn't part of a Shopify template, because it is such a great concept, but it isn't. We had our developer attempt to do something similar, but it just wasn't that great. EasySlide is so easy to use, looks great, and is worth the $. I tried the free things and if you run into any issues you are stuck without help. The customer support with EasySlide and the NexusMedia company has been amazing. They are fast, responsive, helpful, everything you want and need. We are very happy with this app, the ease of use, the people behind it, and how great it looks!

Totally obsessed with the EasySlide app! It allows me to completely customize the accordion on my product pages. AND the support team is incredible!! Definitely recommend it to all Shopify users!

The customer service in helping integrate this app into a new theme was fantastic. Very responsive and had the issues fixed very quickly. It’s a great way to expand and organize the information on your product pages. Simple formatting in product descriptions made it fool proof to install

I love the way this app displays my product's info. Easy to use and it integrates with several other apps. Tech support (if at all needed) is fast and very attentive.

I have to rate my experience as 5 star for 2 reasons. 1. Product is excellent for my site and adds value to UX in both products and FAQS. 2. Customer support is the best i have experienced on the shopify platform to date. Responses are swift, communication is clear and helpful and any theme config that was required was addressed and resolved in hours. Happy customer!

Amazing app. Makes descriptions a lot more organized hence is helpful for customers to navigate through different description tags. The support team was extremely helpful in helping me configure everything from start to finish. Highly recommend using this app.

Customer service on this app was amazing. They answered within an hour and had us working in no time. The tabs look slick on the website, couldn't ask for a better app.

I used this app to make my page look cleaner and clear visually with information easy to find. Its exactly what i wanted and so easy to use. definately recommend this app. The support team were super helpful and always supported my questions which made it even easier.

UPDATE, Support reached out to me promptly, after this review, they had in fact emailed me but I guess it went to spam, so my apologies. EasySlide & EasyTabs are both made by this developer. I wanted to switch between slide to tabs. I was told there would be no conflict yet there was, which thru a liquid error. After several rounds of working on it the app developer finally got all the left old code removed and the app works great now. Had an issue with this app conflicting with their easy tabs app reached out to support and never received a response
