Unfortunately, my experience with the Yodel app has been extremely disappointing. The app has major flaws and software errors, which forced me to re-upload all my products and manually adjust them — even though Yodel promised a solution. After three days, there has been no response at all, and communication has gone completely silent. On top of that, they promised to extend my trial period, but that still hasn’t been implemented. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I cannot recommend Yodel at all.
Please, I’ve been trying to contact you for months and I’m truly doing my best with the app and with helping you figure out what happened. I’m honestly confused by this review because I offered everything I could, even down to manually fixing everything for you myself. I really care about my users and I would never ignore someone on purpose. If something went wrong on my side or messages didn’t go through, I’m truly sorry. I’m still here and willing to do anything I can to make this right for you. Please let me know what exactly happened and what is still missing, and I’ll personally do my best to fix it.
