Not possible to cancel in the app. When I emailed asking to cancel I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date. Shame because app actually worked well and I used it for several years but no longer have a need for it.

Really good service. They help me with translation and custom developing, it was really good service. Application is maybe little "old school" but it does what it need. If you want to develope your descriptions this is good application. Jerry / Tyyni Earplugs

Brilliant app that provided a simple solution to showing/hiding long pieces of text on our collection page (whilst not impacting SEO), and even better customer service! Wow! This app is perfect, and even more importantly, the service and help from the team is first class! We had a query about a customisation to fit our website, and Skye came back to us immediately and provided assistance with the install and custom edits to make sure it was flawless. App does a great job at shortening descriptions on the product page and it can also shorten descriptions on the collection pages with a small piece of code implemented which the support team were great at guiding. The only downside is you can't have one description length for your product pages and another for your collection pages. If you only want to show the first 30 words it does this on both pages. Will be keeping a close eye on our metrics to see if Google penalises us for shortening the text or if they pick up on all the text/content that is beyond the truncated snippet.

I looked for a year for an app like this and when I found it I thought I was dreaming. This app took away a lot of headaches from me-- I'm so glad I found it.
