I also use Shipdock, and I am really happy with both its features and customer support every time I use it. I felt that same level of satisfaction again while setting up Heureka with Feedyio. I especially want to praise Jan. Even though I asked many questions because I did not fully understand the settings, he was always kind, patient, and attentive in his replies. He did much more than explain the steps: he helped adjust the settings to suit our store and explained even the smallest details clearly. His support was a tremendous help. Thanks to him, our store was approved by Heureka, and we confirmed that our products actually appear in search results. With Jan’s help, I was able to complete a process that would have been difficult to handle on my own.
