Hi, the app continues to be down for me, been months of issues with the feed not updating or not being able to generate an updated feed. UPDATE - Hi the server has been down for 2 days now as of 8-27-2019

Great app and great customer service. This app really allows you to properly customise your feed and get it into the right format to work for all of your sale channels. And when a feature isn't present (or doesn't work as expected) their customer service team is extremely responsive, and open to development changes. For instance, I request more than 4 inventory rules, to add rules to display colour, pattern and material within the feed - and they made it possible to add over 60 rules to meet a range of different variables (and this was done within 48 hours). The app also allows you to create custom feeds which can be used for other purposes too (such as creating a feed of products with missing images, or missing descriptions, etc). And that's just one example. You can get really creative with the feeds you can make, and use them to power some cool features (providing you have some coding experience, or access to developers). Really great app, couldn't recommend it enough.

They setup 1 out of 2 feeds (Google; but not Amazon) over a two week period; with wasting so much of my time... wish I never started with them.

Exceed expectations. The default setup is somewhat helpful, but with minor tweaks that takes literally 5 minutes (including reading the instructions), and with no code at all, we've managed to create an awesome box. I write this review after we ran a test campaign to send traffic. one week with, one week without the box. The average order increased from 1.08 items per order to 1.47 items per order, which is impressive by all standards.

This app is great if you are looking for a feed for Google Shopping or your Amazon/ebay store. The customer service is excellent and the live chat feature is great.

Easy to use app and works as described. Allows me to maintain a high quality product feed customizable to my needs. They have very helpful and responsive support that you can chat with directly in the app. It is reasonably priced and the best Shopping Feed App I've used with Shopify so far!

since app update download feature is unavailable and most of the app is un responsive, contacted support the email platform crashed so had to start a live chat and asked how i can download my feed the response to this was its not working and they dont know when it will be working

Easy to use platform that integrates with loads of different shopping platforms. The team at Retail Tower offer exceptional customer service. They're prompt at replying to emails and when you need a little extra help they go out of their way to Skype you and talk you through how to set things up. I literally couldn't speak more highly of this app and the support they give. Thanks!

Still continue,They lost our data and nothing there and they charged us BELLA VP of customer experience not helpful at all in the middle of Skype she disappeared. When i can't connect to the App which i pay for every month what should i think? Not good

I've been using retailtower pro on seven sites for a number of years. It's easy to set up, scalable, and the customer service is top notch. Responses to email always come in less than a day and live chat is instant. Every issue I've EVER had has been fixed with the utmost level of care and attentiveness, and there's no way I could manage my sales channels and inventory without these guys. HIGHLY recommended.

after 8 months working with the app paying for 2 enterprise subscriptions i am totally disappointed, if the app worked and the support network didnt lie then it would be great, neither of our accounts have been updating daily to send the latest feed to the merchant centre and we need to log in to press update feed every day to do this, whilst not a pain for 6 months support have been telling us it will be fixed and guess what it hasn't, then i tried the analytics link and it doesn't work they have too many accounts linked to the email address they use, again i was told try tomorrow it will 100% work and guess what it doesn't , they have the basis of a good app perhaps they need to sack and replace their support staff asap
