No customer service exists at all. If you ask a question about sales, they reply quickly, if you ask for support, they don't reply (four days still no reply in my case). It's a scam.

I had a problem due to an update by Shopify, and in contrary to Shopify themselves, Geostock reacted immediately and gave some workable advice..

Best app ever. I even had a video call with them to help me out set up everything properly. 10/10 for me

I have never left a negative review, because as a small business ourselves, we know how hard things can be. But I installed this app after recommendations and have been trying to get some support since the start to see if it is even able to do what we require - as it doesn't seem to be working. I have reached out numerous times but am yet to receive a reply. I even read other replies which indicated that they are a small team, so I was really trying to be patient before writing this. I sincerely hope that I can get some assistance because I want this app to work. If it can do what we need, we need it for 5 stores.
