GeoStock: Location Inventory
The reviews for the Securify app are overwhelmingly positive, with many users praising the app's functionality and the exceptional support provided by the team. Wanted to show inter-store transfer availability when the nearest store is out of stock. Support configured the transfer suggestion feature — customers see 'Out of stock here — available at Downtown, transfer available in 2 days'. It triggers a notification to our logistics team. Customers love having the option rather than just a dead end.
Stock trend data wasn't available in the widget but support exported our historical data so I could analyze it externally. The analysis showed clear weekend sellout patterns for three products. We adjusted our restocking schedule based on the data they provided.
Product variants needed per-location stock display. Support enabled variant-level stock — customers select a size and color, and the widget updates to show that specific variant's availability at each location. No more showing 50 units of a product when the specific size the customer wants has 2 left.
Our mobile app needed to pull from the same stock data as the website widget. Support provided the API endpoint and authentication setup. Our app developer integrated it in a day and now the app and website show identical stock information. Single source of truth across platforms.
Fine-tuned the coordinates for our mall-based stores. Support showed me the manual coordinate override that lets me pin each location to the exact store entrance within the mall, rather than the mall's general address. Customers get directions to the right entrance, not just the parking lot.
