Unable to install app from App Store. When you go to manage the app, it takes you off a remote landing page where it's not possible to uninstall the app with a few clicks like you can with all other apps. Listen up Shopify, you should do something about this malpractice

This is a Awesome App, I was looking for a music player with a simple template to use and the ability to customize the look of the player to my website theme. And last but not least I could click on the hour glass and set in seconds each track i uploaded to play only a snippet of the song or leave it to play full length. THIS IS GREAT FOR SALES!!!! Thanks Websyms.

Im new and havent really assessed it yet in regards to working in my store? But so far so good! Its continual music that you have total control over! But the customer service? I THINK they offer customer service, NOT SURE!?!?

I use this app to play many songs continuously through all of my web pages. It allow me to match the colors on my website with the player, uploads songs with ease and did I mention it allow continuous play throughout the website. It works Great. Lots of FUN!!!! Thank You Websyms..

Finally found the app I was looking for for weeks, it enables to showcase specific songs on specific pages, and the support team edited the code to give me something 100% custom, I can't thank them enough for that. Seriously, thank you guys.

I have just added the Websyms app to my website. I was looking for an audio player that would give me hidden multiple tracks and this was perfect for this purpose. I have just started working with it but to date it seems to be working really well. I was very impressed with the online support - very helpful. Lastly, what I would like to see going forward is a smaller, simple audio player with all the features. Also it would be nice to be able to position the audio player and icon easily

Very good app if you need music playlist for your shop. Easy and fast after-sell if you meet a problem with the app. My shop is really better with this app. I can create a playlist for each product. Easy to use and personalize.

The app stopped working with certain features and now I can't add new playlists all together. For the past few months I've been trying to reach customer service to resolve these issues (even went through Shopify support for them to reach out on my behalf) and I've had ZERO response. They do not have customer service working for customers even with their online chat option. Seeing as my site needs an app like this, It's beyond frustrating to not get help. Definitely taking my money elsewhere to a new app.

This app was everything I was looking for, a customizable music player which you can upload your music to and create your own playlists. You can even customize it to match your stores theme! I had the pleasure of speaking to Rarvinder who helped me immensely with troubleshooting any technical issues with my music player! Great customer service, they were able to help me immediately and completely and it is late at night where I am.

Perfect music player for our needs. Super simple, customizable templates, plays full music piece. Player is in full view of customers at all times. Websyms Customer Service has been great. Thumbs up

I really liked this App and it's different appearance but had some issues because my website used ajax and sometimes the player would not show. Websyms support were great and tried everything to assist but other issues probably due to ajax surfaced and I reluctantly had to cancel. I would recommend to anyone not using ajax on the website theme as it is an attractive App and easy to add audio files to.

I uninstalled this app due to it increasing the size of my homepage but the shocking bit is that even after uninstalling the app i am still being charged for their pro plan. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

Old Review i deleted to write this new one. Let Me Begin By Saying if you want to see how it works in real time visit my website https://emileosworld i had 2 previous issue with the app but they fix it fast global shows & responding time has increase. thats shows they're trying & alert compare to the other. this app is easy to install & convenient. to the owner/TEAM Please fix this following issues & you will defenelly get 5 stars & recomendation from me. 1. i get complains thats the music stops everytime someone changes categories. that get annoying. people rather keep listening. especially since there exploring the site to see what available they change from page to page a lot. 2. everytime not only does the music stops playing but it changes to another one even if it just started. people want to hear full song. btw i forgot to mention i love how i can add shuffle this insures people listens to different music everytime they come compare to the same list beggining over & over.
