This app has done exactly what I needed it to for many months now, and every time I reached out to support they have responded very quickly, often even implementing new functions in the app in response to my concerns! The best experience I've had with any Shopify app ever.

This app is the perfect solution for keeping both new and returning customers engaged! It proactively notifies them about newly added items based on their past searches, which is much more valuable than typical 'out-of-stock' alerts. The team is professional and provides quick support.

Devs are super helpfull and willing to tweak a few things to accomodate the specificities of your store. I think this is key in Shopify apps

Great app with fantastic support. It provides a service that not many apps can on Shopify. Easy to use and if you need something customized then support is friendly and helpful and can get the job done for you. Highly recommended!

Horrible app. Very bad design, and not user-friendly at all. Tried to contact their customer team with 3 different method, still no answer as of today, and it's been a week and a half. Based on the low number of reviews, I think this app is basically dead. Don't use it, pointless.
