I had so many questions when onboarding this app - there are so many possibilities and calibrations and I wanted to do it right. Nicole was with me every step of the way and walked me through each step with incredible detail and patience. She walked me through each step with a video tutorial and took a hands on approach to making sure my storefront was ready for success - even finding ways to optimize that I hadn't yet seen or tackled. A 10/10 experience with Easy Flow thus far.

I am not the most computer literate and had difficulty setting up the app. I scheduled a call with customer service. The customer service rep, Jen, was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I am a stickler for good customer service and this experience went way above and beyond my expectations. My options look perfectly now!

追加料金のかかるオプションを導入する為、翻訳しながら利用しています。 日本語には対応していませんが、 一対一のカスタマーサポートのご対応が早く、希望を伝えると柔軟にカスタマイズできるのが気に入っています。 利用したい機能が導入できるアプリは、調べた中では最もこちらがお手頃でした。 いつか日本語にも対応することを心待ちにしています。

Only have the free version, but easy to use and understand for basic options. Online chat was very quick to respond and help with my query. Up to now, all good.
