To have your questions answered quickly helps so much when you have been working on it all day!! The best app I've installed in ages. Does exactly what it says it does, and it looks GREAT. Right out of the box it looked native to our theme. But even if it wasn't, there are tons of easy customization options to get the aesthetic just right. Very, very easy to set up the options and use, and its much simpler to update the options than other apps I've tried. I love the ability to set up options and then reuse them in different templates, rather than recreating the same options over and over and having to edit in multiple places if something changes. I had several customization requests to get this working exactly how I pictured, and Kathryn from EasyFlow responded to my chat almost immediately, and worked with me for two hours to make all the adjustments I needed. It was so far above and beyond the service I've received from other apps and I am thrilled with how the features look and work. I wish these folks made all the other apps I need haha!
