great customer service!!

Fantastic and easy to use app with speedy and friendly customer service! We tried several different similar apps before coming across this one and it's by far the best!

This app is amazing and the customer service especially Jen is the best!!! Every question was answered with ease and had me up and running in minutes! Run don't walk to get this app!

The app is simply, and I have a great experience with Custumer service, in particular with Nicole. She solved my problem in a few time, on the contrary the shopify Customer not solved it. GREAT, THANK YOU!

Great support - needed help embedding app in our customized theme and this was done quickly and on the first try!

I love the fact that this app has a chat feature to have someone guide and help you as you are setting it all up. There are videos to help as well. To have your questions answered quickly helps so much when you have been working on it all day!! I reached out via the chat box and was instantly helped with one problem and then another problem I didn't even know I had lol! Thanks EasyFlow!!

Helps a lot for my new online store. The customer service is awsome

The best app I've installed in ages. Does exactly what it says it does, and it looks GREAT. Right out of the box it looked native to our theme. But even if it wasn't, there are tons of easy customization options to get the aesthetic just right. Very, very easy to set up the options and use, and its much simpler to update the options than other apps I've tried. I love the ability to set up options and then reuse them in different templates, rather than recreating the same options over and over and having to edit in multiple places if something changes. I had several customization requests to get this working exactly how I pictured, and Kathryn from EasyFlow responded to my chat almost immediately, and worked with me for two hours to make all the adjustments I needed. It was so far above and beyond the service I've received from other apps and I am thrilled with how the features look and work. I wish these folks made all the other apps I need haha!

Facile à installer, avec beaucoup d'options disponibles. Le support a été très réactif pour régler un petit problème d'affichage.

support was amazing this is the first app thats been able to effectively help me create what i wanted and ensure it matched my theme

Fantastic customer service from Easyflow, wonderful app, Amit Paul was incredibly helpful for any issues!

We love this app! Have tried lots of option makers on shopify but EasyFlow is the only one that works for us. Really fantastic support from the team to install and set it up. 5 Stars.

Super easy to use, and their support team is amazing! Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve resolved the issue without any hassle. Great experience!

very responsive technical support and the application is really easy to use, I highly recommend it!

Amit was super helpful and was able to assist me with my issue! Was much appreciated.

Sadman provided excellent customer support and got me going within 15 minutes.

just simply one of the greatest "product options" apps. I tried several others and none of them worked as seamlessly as EasyFlow. The free tier is also great for smaller shops and beginners. Installation and implementation are super easy and customer support is just top notch! thanks big time! definite reccomendation!

La version gratuite est top, la prise en main est un peu compliquée au début mais le support est très réactif et patient ! Merci

I tried to remove the watermark but I don't know how to post code/snippets and Merissa offered to assist me immediately. She was very helpful and removed the watermark for me. Great Customer Service Merissa!
