Very straight forward process. Wanted to verify some things and have some walk through. I reached out for a live call and was able to schedule one for same business day. Jen was the representative and extremely patience and helpful. There is also a live chat option I look forward to testing out when I need help again. Being able to have drop downs which shopify does not have is huge, as well as image uploads up to 20mb. Infinite scaling of product add-ons at same subscription price.

Choose this app! This app does everything you need as far as customizing your product options. No other app is needed. Affordable and takes care of all of my store needs. I recommend this app to anyone who owns a custom store. Customer service is exceptional. They helped me and within 30 minutes my issue was resolved.

This app is very simple to use and incorporates into Dawn theme very well. Made a few styling changes with the help of their chat (who replies super quickly) and it matches my other options perfectly! 10/10 recommend if you are struggling with the 3 variant limit on Shopify
