My experience with EasyFlow Product Options was phenomenal! I needed to actually leave the office from which I was working, and Nicole was still ready to move to the next step when I returned. She is a rock star! I actually submitted my options from the bottom up instead of the top down. Nicole just rolled with the flow. If she thought I was a kook she never sounded like it. Viola! Within a couple of short sessions the configurator was done. Best app around for us, and the best support for it. These folks do business the way our business does. Customized support with a smile! And a FREE setup was literally FREE, no strings attached.

I downloaded this app having downloaded and used a couple of others previously that didnt perform as i wanted them to. Using easyflow is intuitive and has lots of great features. Theree is great customer support as well. I enquired to the support team as there was a small feature I wanted to include that wasnt available in the app. I would like an information icon that reveals text on hover or click. The support team say that they can accomodate this. So i'm really pleased and looking forward to using this feature too. A great app, try it out for yourself.

This is hands down the best Product Options App out there! Super easy UI and UX in app and on the store Support is fast and helps really well with integrating it seamlessly into the store If this App allowed for changing the main product image based on the new options it creates - there would genuinely be no need for any of the other Apps! (bar those with personalisation) Fantastic App - highly recommend

This app has been great for adding custom variations to my Shopify store. Florence and Loren were incredibly helpful, responding quickly and providing clear solutions to my issues. Although the app works well for most needs, Shopify's limitations around add-ons being treated as separate products weren’t quite what I was hoping for. Thanks again to Florence and Loren for their excellent support!

Surprisingly comprehensive and friendly customer service on a free plan! I tried a couple of apps before landing on this one, and EasyFlow has the most features and service on the free plan. Highly recommend!

I am currently learning to use it, so I don't have enough experience with it, but the customer service was excellent!
