They explained that they had a holiday along with a weekend. I hope they can send an auto-reply email next time so people don't think they disappeared. The app is extremely powerful in terms of customization and features. It is a little difficult to set up if you have a complex form that requires calculations and lookup tables, but that is what makes the app so great. They are very helpful in helping get set up. I'm still in the process of finishing my site, but they helped me get 95% working. I just need to do more work on my end and figure out the last 5%. Great app for the amount it can do and for the price.
