I tried to use this for my tanning company and it was very complicated in terms of what I could exclude. I've gone with another app

Just to add: we did try reaching out a few times to jump on a call and help you get the exclusions working the way you wanted, but we couldn’t connect. Exclusions can be one of the trickier parts (especially with variants), and it’s usually a fast fix once we see your product structure. If you’re ever open to giving it another shot, reply to any of our emails and we’ll gladly hop on a quick call and set it up with you.

The app itself is excellent: powerful features, intuitive usability, and a clean, well-thought-out design. Everything works smoothly and feels carefully crafted. What really sets this app apart, however, is the incredible customer support. When I ran into an issue, the team responded extremely quickly and even created a personalized walkthrough tutorial for me. Thanks to that, I was able to identify and fix the problem in no time.
