I wanted to personally reach out to let you know that the issues you mentioned (like the integrations and analytics inconsistencies) have been reported and are already being looked into by our developers. We're actively working on solutions to address these and improve stability across the board. I also wanted to clarify one point that may have caused some confusion: the version of the app you’re currently using includes free early access to our Built for Shopify app and some major new features. It's part of a beta program we’ve made available to a small group of users — including you — so we can gather real feedback while we continue refining the experience. This newer version is still in active development, which can occasionally result in instability. But your feedback is exactly what helps us make it better. That said, we’d love the chance to connect with you directly and make sure you’re fully supported — whether that means working through the current issues together or helping you revert to a more stable setup, depending on your preference.
