Setting up was relatively easy and the app works well so far. The basic subscription offers just enough for a small company needing to have some official product registration process and I like that the form is customisable. I would have benefited from better YouTube support videos and some of the UX on the app is not quite as intuitive as it could be but that will all come with time I'm sure. The team were excellent in responding to any support queries which is ultimately what got me set up properly and it was done quickly.

Since I'm not the web savvy type, I needed all the help I could get to implement the Arcafy Product Registration into my Shopify webstore. The Customer Support is extremely helpful and prompt, and helped me resolve and implement every issue that I had. The registration process and form is very professional looking, and truly enhances our customer experience for filing serial number and warranty follow up. I would recommend this app and group in a heartbeat to anyone needing this function.

Using this app has significantly improved our customer registration process. The ability to customize fields, mark them as required, and design the page layout to match our theme is fantastic. The validation features for orders and serial numbers ensure accurate registrations. Synchronizing with Shopify has been flawless, making this app indispensable for our business.
