No support for almost 24 hours on a workday. Not a good first start.

Wiremo is the bomb! This is a must have tool for any online business that is selling products or services. The automated process makes it a dream to use. In fact after the initial set-up I have nothing to do. I just sit back and watch the reviews roll in. As busy business owner I have no time to play around with complicated tools. It's so great to find such a simple and reliable tool. Oh and one last thing, customer support is AMAZING. I just had a question and I received a reply 'with a solution' is less than 2 minutes! Highly recommended!

I love Wiremo, they are very quick to respond, the only thing I can find such good customer service. they help me integrate and installation on our store, which is very useful to me. I highly recommend it!

Top Support, sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und schnell. Über die Implementierung muss man sich also keine Sorgen machen. Ansonsten sieht alles soweit sehr gut aus und man kann das meiste flexibel anpassen.

Just downloaded, so functionality is still unproven, BUT the interface is super intuitive and the help function is amazing. They really care about their product and go above and beyond to help. Best app I've downloaded for my business site yet

I was researching what app to use for reviews and this was the best value that did everything we needed. The team are extremely helpful and the app is very affective at collecting reviews. I would highly recommend trying this app out.

I am very satisfied with my experience working with Wiremo. Their customer service is outstanding and their review app is very easy to use with many customization features. I had a minor issue but their team was very friendly and helpful and they resolved it quickly.

I've been using wiremo for about a year now & it's fantastic. Easy implement, maintain & customize. I moved from Shopify to Squarespace & back to Shopify & moving the reviews around have been relatively easy. And customer service replies quickly & in great detail. Great app!
