The app works fine. It´s simple and easy to setup and use. I issued a ticket for some layout and design details I wanted to change and they were able to modify everything well and fast. I really recommend this app for those looking for something practical and efficient!

Brilliant app. I needed professional looking product reviews on my store and this app delivers exactly that. Installation was very easy and the support team were quick in providing support to my concerns. Highly recommended.

If you're on the fence about which review app to use - look no further! This is the second app I've tried, the first just didn't work as well as I was hoping and I didn't love the look of it. While I had everything set up correctly with this app, I just couldn't get it coded the way I wanted. One email to support, and a few hours later...I could literally cry tears of joy! Sanjay fixed everything for me. It's even better than I could have imagined! I'm SO thankful for you all! Don't hesitate - their customer support ROCKS!!

Most helpful support team ever. Don't listen to the comments below. They may or may not have been true at the time. However, today I asked for someone to help me install the review for my store and make it match my theme and they did it on GOOD FRIDAY. Would 100% recommend this app and their support team

Works perfectly, I had some issues with the updates making the app not working but was just needed to be approved on my side before going live. The support team helped me with that. All okay

I have had this app installed in my store since 2021 with minimal issues. I recently updated my store theme and ran into some issues with embedding the app into my new theme. I received help from Shruti with this. She was really great and resolved the issues within a matter of minutes. 5 star service from Shruti, Thank you very much! One thing I do wish is that the app had a tool for sending more than one review request email. Like a follow-up review request tool as I think that would be effect in helping to get more reviews.

I have downloaded a LOT of Review Apps, Hulk's is the best, not only because it's easy enough to use BUT more because their customer support is EXTREMELY helpful! They have put up with a lot of my queries and helped me to get the App to look how I want it to on my store! Thanks for making a great App and for the support!

Clean as can be Just requires a minimum of coding knowledge to put the scripts wherever you want them to show (which is actually better because of the flexibility it gives you) and it automatically matches your color/font of your theme, incredibly good looking, easy to use from both the customer side and the backend

Works quite well! The only free app I've found that supports product reviews with photos. I wanted to make images bigger when clicking, and their customers support was super helpful, and they fixed it for me in a few days! UPDATE: Still really satisfied. Their customers service is still incredible, quick to reply and friendly!

Very nice app, and the support is amazing. Got all my questions answered and they helped with the installation. The review section matches perfectly my theme and looks beautiful. I like the fact that you can allow both text and photo reviews with this app, and it's free! :-)

I used this app to help me import my customer product reviews from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. Ms Abhilasha took me through the whole process with very clear and comprehensive instructions on how to do all that. I had a pleasant experience interacting with Ms Abhilasha and am very happy with how my product review pages look now. I highly recommend this app.
