Really bad. There is no way to send out messages to customers to leave a review. The only way to leave a review is if they come back to the shop and go back to the product that they purchased which nobody does unless they are going to buy again....and again they don't leave a review. Really bad app design. It needs to be improved!
Hey, there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review for Product Reviews. The feedback you've provided regarding customers not coming back to leave reviews is one we hear very often. I've gone ahead and made the developers aware of your feedback, so they can consider adding the functionality of sending reminder emails to customers in the future. In the meantime, I recommend adding some wording to your order confirmation emails to remind customers to provide product reviews. You can also add this messaging in newsletters you send out, too. You can also add it to packing slips if you handle your own packaging. -Imogen, Shopify Support
