The app worked for a while, then stopped working when I updated my theme to Dawn 10.0 and the Support doesn't seem able or willing to help. All I get when I try to access the back end of the app is the browser authentication screen that keeps reloading when I click on the "Continue" button. I have reported this issue to Firefox several times, but apparently, the fault is not on their end, and Shopify support simply refuses to escalate this to their tech team. Of course, if I delete the app, I'll lose all of the heard earned reviews, and I can't access the back end to download them in a CSV format. Ridiculous!

If we are unable to recreate the issue on our end and it is not affecting other users, it is very likely what you are experiencing is a local error specific to your device and browser version. We support the latest two versions of major browsers (https://bit.ly/3XZTD2v) including Mozilla Firefox, therefore, it is recommended that you update both your browser and device software to use all the features on our platform. If the issue persists, please try to clear your cache and cookies as well as try a different browser, such as the recommended Google Chrome.
