Change my Theme to "Empire" - after that the App stopped working!! No way to get it back. All we get when we start the app is an error ( Your browser needs to authenticate Product Reviews )

Since your new theme is a third-party theme, then it's possible that Product Reviews didn't come pre-installed and you may need to follow our guide on adding Product Reviews (https://shopify.link/1d1q) to the theme.
