Natural Nutraceuticals review for Product Reviews

Would be 5 stars if the import process wasn't such a pain. If the template doesn't line up perfectly it will just stay on a screen that says "Importing reviews...Please wait, this may take a while." Ok, maybe tell me the template isn't lining up rather than me waiting awhile? If you do get stuck in this never ending loop, the cancel button doesn't seem to work. It just reverts back to trying to upload the previous file when clicking the import button.
