Wool on the Exe review for Product Reviews

App was working great for years, but lately I cannot access reviews. We continue to get 404 error message with zero support for fixing the problem.

Thank you for getting in touch and notifying us of this problem. This is a known issue and our belief is this that this usually occurs when merchants are accessing the app via an Incognito or private window, as the app does need cookies to work properly. If this is how you are accessing the app, please try accessing it through a regular browser window and this will hopefully resolve the issue.
