I've had an open ticket since May 3rd. Support has been friendly, but slow. I'll get an email asking me to click a link to see if that works, try it, reply still getting 404 error page. Next day, get a message telling me they have confirmed I have permission to view the page, try it again. Next day, please clear your cache and cookies and try this link. Clearly the link in the code is broken, or the app itself is broken.
