App was not compatible with my store. Reached out for support twice and four days later still have not heard a thing from the company. A shame as the app looked really good.

I know we have spoken via text message a few times since, but I just wanted to confirm that unfortunately we did not receive either of your support requests. There appears to have be an issue with the "Get Support" mechanism within the app that prevented emails from being forwarded on to our main support email address. We have since updated our support address and have confirmed that it now works with the "Get Support" contact method. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you and we're still very happy to help you with your set-up should you decide you'd like to try Tabs+ again.
