We have a pretty wide catalog with multiple color and fabric options, and earlier, the dropdown selector just wasn’t doing justice to how our products actually look. Customers had to read variant names and imagine the differences, which created a lot of friction. After switching to Kefi’s swatches, everything became much more visual and intuitive. Now customers can instantly see what each option looks like and make quicker decisions. The product pages feel much cleaner, and overall, it’s been a big upgrade in terms of user experience.

We had tried a couple of swatch solutions before, but there were always small issues—either the images didn’t load properly, or there was a slight lag when switching variants. With Kefi, everything just works smoothly. The transitions are instant, and there’s no disruption in the browsing experience.
