Ahmet resolved any issues we had operating around the parameters set by shopify in regards to API limits and was very fast in their response.

Tüm veri aktarım süreci inanılmaz derecede akıcı ve basitti. Sorunsuz çalışması ve başka yazılımlara kıyasla kullanışlı olması bakımından zaman yönetimine katkısı çok büyük. Özellikle müşteri destek kısmından çok memnunum küçük sorunlarımda bile hemen yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Enttäuschend – kein Support, Funktionen unvollständig Ich habe die App Product XML Import by ProXI für 59 € gekauft und bin sehr unzufrieden. Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück, es gibt auch keinen Live-Support. Trotz Versprechungen werden keine EANs oder Herstellerdaten geladen und auch keine Varianten (Farben etc.) erstellt. Ich habe den Kauf bereut und möchte mein Geld zurück. Leider bisher keine Reaktion vom Anbieter.
Hello, We responded to your support request via email on October 7th, but we haven’t received a reply from you. We also tried to reach you again by email on October 10th. Our app includes a live chat feature to provide faster support, but we haven’t received any messages from you there either. Could you please review the emails we sent and get back to us? We’re trying every possible way to contact you and resolve your issue, and we’re currently waiting for your response.

Product XML Import to jedno z najlepszych narzędzi, z jakich korzystałem na Shopify. Bez problemu zaimportowałem dane z hurtowni (ponad 10 000 produktów) i utrzymuję ich aktualność. Obsługa na chacie jest wzorowa - szybko reagują i przygotowali dla mnie niestandardowe reguły, które realnie poprawiły jakość mojej pracy (mniej ręcznych poprawek, lepsze uporządkowanie danych). Wybrałem najwyższy pakiet Enterprise i uważam, że jest wart swojej ceny. Polecam każdemu sklepowi pracującemu na dużych feedach. Oby utrzymali obecną jakość - wtedy zostaję z nimi na długo.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Programm! Der gesamte Importprozess meiner Daten war unglaublich reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ich hatte es mit keiner anderen Software so einfach, meine Informationen zu importieren und alles so flüssig zum Laufen zu bringen. Es ist wirklich beeindruckend, wie gut alles funktioniert. Vor allem hat mir der Kundensupport, der sehr versiert ist beeindruckt, da das Team in der Lage war, mir in Echtzeit, bei kleinen Fehlern und Preisen zu helfen und ich mich dadurch rundum hervorragend betreut fühle. Wir sind jetzt seit 3 Monaten mit dieser App am arbeiten und für uns gibt es keine bessere Lösung als diese App wir haben über 15.000 Produkte und jedes per Hand anlegen hätte Jahre geradauert. Ich habe bestimmt 6-7 Apps probiert, aber die von ProXI ist super. Durch den Live Support könnte ich individuell alles einrichten lassen und alles war in 30 Minuten erledigt. Besser geht es nicht!

I have used this app to help keep my stock updated using a XML feed and the support is amazing they are always on hand when I have an issue and they fix my issues right away! - I have 0 idea on this area and to have the support they provide is just amazing and helps me concentrate on getting my website up and running than worrying about stock / items being updated
