I downloaded this app to give it a try as I received a promo code when I purchased a Shopify theme. The code didn’t work and kept coming back with an error. I reached out to support and the first time it took them 5 days to respond asking what the promo code was I was using, I had already provided this in my support request. Two days now since I replied and still nothing, all I can say is first impressions are stay week clear of this company as they obviously don’t have any interest in customer service.

I've been using the ReviewXpo app for the past two days, and I'm really impressed! It's super easy to set up, and the interface is clean and user-friendly.
