Yes the app just went defunct for me too. Ugh now where do I go as have to start all over?

doesn't work - this quit working weeks ago and the company doesn't respond to any notifications or email... nothing. worked great for many years. now...it is worthless

The support reached out to me and helped with my issue. I will give 5 stars to this app because it's very well made and helps me with my business. But the support could be a little bit better and faster. I will still give 5 stars because it's a very well developed app.

Delirious Profit works perfectly. It provides vital data that I view each day. Moreover, the developer is more helpful than almost any other app support that I have used. I give this app 5+

I've had this app for awhile purely for the COS and have been happy with it. I've recently worked that I can add actual transaction costs for my three main payment methods, ie shopify, paypal and afterpay and it calculates the transaction rates perfectly. I can also add actual shipping costs and the end result is I now have a fully functional report showing my gross profit which is perfect! Highly recommend this app and for $5 per month you absolutely cannot go wrong.

I use this app to quickly see my winnings. Once you have entered the cost price of the product you have a fantastic overview. The advantage is that you can enter shipping costs, transaction costs and other costs. Recommended and best app which has insight into your earnings!!

Absolutely the best app ever. I wish i knew this one before. Cost prices, inventory, turnover, expenses for daily, weekly and monthly. You even can put in the shopify charges and it works like a charm. I contacted Ryan that i was missing daily expenses. Within the same day he implented this future. Now i can spread my costs per month over all the days. So i get a very precise PROFIT per day. For this price its a absolute bargain. You could ask 20 dollar for this. RECOMMENDED TO EVERY SHOPIFY USER!! No, i dont have deal with this app. I tried a lot of apps and this works out of the box. Only fill in your cost price per product and everything goes automatic. Thanks again for this gem!

We use this app every day and love it, Delirious Profit gathers so much information that is absolutely essential to running our business. Delirious profit came through when I deleted their app from my store. I was sick when I saw that I lost all my COG data. I contacted Ryan and he replied right away, he reassured me and restored my COG completely. Be confident your information is in good hands and that this company cares.

Update 4-25-18 ------------------------ After posting this review Ryan added the features I was looking for into this app. I can clearly see my exact profit now. 5 Stars for listening to your customers and providing a solid app. Thanks! Original Review --------------------- Really need to see the hidden fees taken out of our profits. This is a must have and I would imagine a simple addition. Calculate Shopify fees based on our plan and paypal fees would be great too. After that, 5 stars but without it, profit is not that clear.

Delirious Profit is a GREAT app to see your COGS and more.. the support is great Ryan is a great guy. We got him to customize it for us as we needed more function to control and make reports for the veterinarians using our site.. this he did and more without any issues. +50/50 from here is that was a option ;-) Thanks Jacob N. This app is fucking brilliant, I've been waiting 5 years for this, thank you so much for a high quality product that does exactly what Shopify itself should do. A suggestion, even more amazing would be if it could pull advertising cost data from Adwords, Bing, Yahoo Gemini and Facebook. Also would be great to be able to factor in various % based fees like merchant processing fees. Thanks again.

I tried the other cogs first and this one in my opinion is the best. There was one feature that I wished it had and I emailed them and it was added in a couple days! It's a shame that COGS isn't built into Shopify but thankfully this app makes up for it! Install it!

Great app and excellent support. The best way to keep track of margins and now includes a margin check.

I installed the APP and got impressed with the multiple reports that it manages. This APP is exactly what Shopify is missing in order to manage my business from a profit perspective. But, after installing it and uploading the first excel sheet with all the products and its costs, I noticed an error. I click on a product name and it opens another product detail page. Products seem to be crossing between them. This is critical because I do not trust the reports now.

This is must have app for Shopify. We spent time looking at various solutions for this from quickbooks to other accounting solutions. They all required a ton of time to upkeep and the reports didn't wind up being what we needed. This is a simple interface, easy to up keep and gives you the valuable data you need to make most business decisions. Want to know what your most profitable vendors or items are? Look no further. Combine this with a easy one click set up and EXCEPTIONAL and RESPONSIVE support, I struggle to understand how anyone wouldn't find the money for this app. If you want good margin/ profit data to help you make informed business decisions; set it up today.....unless you are a Mid Century Modern & custom Furniture store. Then you don't need it. Go back to what you were doing. Nothing to see here.

WORSE APP EVER, It changed all our prices for the cost of the item it was a nightmare we had to cancel 30 orders because it was charging our customers cogs this app shouldn't be allowed to change our touch any inventory that is on the website fine to change and update in the future but shouldn't be allowed to do past ones, it was the biggest mistake ever we had to shut down lost tons of money and had to change every price one by one just AWFUL!
