The service and technical support from Ryan and his team are outstanding! Just finishing our trial and service for on-boarding was key for us to make our final decision. Good solid, stable application for COG. Many other apps need to take note. Thanks Delirious!

This app is fucking brilliant, I've been waiting 5 years for this, thank you so much for a high quality product that does exactly what Shopify itself should do. A suggestion, even more amazing would be if it could pull advertising cost data from Adwords, Bing, Yahoo Gemini and Facebook. Also would be great to be able to factor in various % based fees like merchant processing fees. Thanks again.

We recently installed the app on our Shopify store and are very happy with it. It finally gives us an instant window into our overall profitability and what products & customers we should place even more focus on.

I tried the other cogs first and this one in my opinion is the best. There was one feature that I wished it had and I emailed them and it was added in a couple days! It's a shame that COGS isn't built into Shopify but thankfully this app makes up for it! Install it!

Does what it says on the tin but also with great reporting. Also I asked for a particular field to be added to the shipping export (country, so we could increase assumed shipping costs for international orders) and I got an email back from Ryan within less than an hour to say it had been done. Fills in a major blind spot in Shopify perfectly.

I was really starting to get discouraged when I realized I had switched to a provider that didn't offer COGS or more detailed reporting. I searched for many apps and tried a lot of them and none fit the bill. I happened to be in the forums looking for some ideas and came across someone who spoke highly of this app. I downloaded it and I was totally impressed! It has all the reporting I have been looking for, a great flow to the app and its full of details! You can't beat what it offers for $5/month! Excellent app and highly recommended!! Thank you Delirious Profit for creating this amazing app! It's the only thing(or shall we say app..lol) that kept me from leaving shopify! If you need cogs and excellent reporting (by product type, vendor, item, etc) then this app is for you! You won't be disappointed!

5 STARS!!! This App saved our business from running in the dark! On top of that, we have run into a couple issues with the app, but unlike most other apps out there, Delirious Profit has PHENOMENAL customer service & hopped on making quick fixes and even customization's for our business! What more could you ask for? These guys are the real deal

This is must have app for Shopify. We spent time looking at various solutions for this from quickbooks to other accounting solutions. They all required a ton of time to upkeep and the reports didn't wind up being what we needed. This is a simple interface, easy to up keep and gives you the valuable data you need to make most business decisions. Want to know what your most profitable vendors or items are? Look no further. Combine this with a easy one click set up and EXCEPTIONAL and RESPONSIVE support, I struggle to understand how anyone wouldn't find the money for this app. If you want good margin/ profit data to help you make informed business decisions; set it up today.....unless you are a Mid Century Modern & custom Furniture store. Then you don't need it. Go back to what you were doing. Nothing to see here.

Essencial app for anyone running a serious business. Having control over cost prices, margins, profit and COGS on personalized reports saved me lots of time and made me raise my profit. It's very easy to setup, even if you have thousands of products, via bulk import. I also tried the other 3 competitor apps and none of them has the features, useful reports and support that this one has. The support team will always answer your questions very quickly with a serious approach to correct your issue everytime.

What a fantastic app! We were looking for a really simple reporting system for the end of each month to show us our profit & total sales. Was super easy to import each individual items cost so we can finally have an app that shows us cost of goods profits! Customer support of Ryan is amazing, writes back super fast and has fixed and addressed all our needs. This app has saved us hours of paperwork, highly recommended!

App is incredibly easy to use. Managed to drop in my costs in under 10 minutes (manually). Interface is intuitive. No need for reading help docs just click and discover really. Price is perfect. Please don't increase!

I really love this app....it fills the void in Shopify needing instant visibility to COGS. I like to export files to create new spreadsheets to further dig into my costs and GM. Saves me so much work thank you!

I do not write reviews, much less follow up to update reviews that I have written. An app is only as good as its developers and the continued support. I want to update my review to confirm that the continued support is exceptional. Ryan listens, works diligently to correct issues and is quick to respond to enhancement requests. The app continues to be a great way to gather information that is not readily available in Shopify and to connect the gap between the price and cost data. Thank you! ----------------------------- This is a well-designed app. It addresses 2 of the critical aspects of running a business -- costs and profits. Ryan has been exceptionally responsive with questions, assistance and incorporating changes to continue to improve not only our experience with the app as a whole. I've evaluated many of the reporting apps available in the Shopify app store, both free and paid, and Delirious Profit is the only one that remains in our apps section because it meets the needs in a professional manner without being overly complicated or burdensome.
