Terrible app, caused my product page to fade and not be visible to the customers! Half of the time buy buttons and text faded away due to this app, avoid it.
Hi, I see you have not contacted customer support. The demo store has 'Refresh' theme same as your store and there the app is working without any issue. We are providing 24/7 custom support for this black friday and you can always reach out to us if you have any concerns. Thanks

really helpful customer support. the banner works great, is nice looking, and can do sticky banner.

My current same day shipping timer stopped working and I installed the Profy Banner & Countdown Timer app. It was easy to understand and navigate but the placement of the timer on the product page had to be specific. I reached out to Profy Support and within minutes I was helped with the countdown timer displaying exactly where I needed it. This app works great and their support is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great support! Contacted me without my doing after they saw I had trouble with my banner. And then adjusted it PERFECTLY to my needs. Amazing!
