Very responsive and efficient support. App works well, easy to set up and a lot of customization is possible through the interface which is usually not the cas with other apps. Definitely recommend!

I tested several progress bar apps, but each one had limitations that didn’t work with the discounts I wanted to offer. Kai’s progress bar is clean, customizable, and gives me the option to include or exclude specific collections—exactly what I needed. I initially had a few issues with the cart drawer, but the support team jumped on it right away and fixed everything quickly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the app and the features it offers!

Not only was Rakshit and his team available at a very, VERY late hour, they also helped me solve so many issues that I was having. They then proceeded to help with issues on my Shopify store that were in OTHER apps! Seriously, the nicest people, the most friendly team, and the best customer service. Cannot recommend enough.
