Not only was Rakshit and his team available at a very, VERY late hour, they also helped me solve so many issues that I was having. They then proceeded to help with issues on my Shopify store that were in OTHER apps! Seriously, the nicest people, the most friendly team, and the best customer service. Cannot recommend enough.

The app has many adjustment options, however we wanted some more. The app's team were very helpful in making further style customizations we requested and the bar's looked as close to our vision as possible. They also made sure our different offers work in synchronization with the least errors possible. Check the cart in our store to see the result.

I am just starting to use the app but sofar all is going as expected and the customer service is truly superb and very reactive and focused on solution finding not in two weeks but pronto.

Ich habe die App zunächst kurz ausprobiert und sie dann wieder verworfen, weil sie nicht zu 100% meinen Bedürfnissen entsprach. Die Entwickler haben mich angeschrieben und die App für mich individuell angepasst, sodass ich sie nun genau so nutzen kann, wie ich möchte. Ein toller Service und auch wenn dazwischen mal etwas nicht funktioniert, wird es innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Ein ganz klarer Vorteil, wenn man kleinere Appentwickler unterstützt, daher auch insgesamt 5 Sterne.

We've tried multiple apps before, but none matched the smooth experience this one offers. The app works flawlessly and supports all the customizations we needed for our tiered gifting campaigns. Gaurav and his team have been incredibly supportive — quick to respond and always willing to go the extra mile with our requirements. I've never had an app help me the way this one has with customization and customer service:) I asked for a custom fix and in two days it was done. My only concern is after they get so big for being so good and helpful, that the attention I received will change future. Hope not. But let's get everyone on board and see!
