Kai Progress bar & Free Gift

Intuitive setup, affordable packages, customizable options and effective customer service. I was able to customize every detail of our free gift progress bar and messaging, and I needed a slight change in the way a message was presented, and their team made the back end changes for me right away. Very helpful team and affordable, effective app.

I began using this a couple months ago on my Shopify site, and it works great, I like how I can modify the appearance and colors etc. But I began a new promotion last week, and ran into a problem with the way the 'deal' was being honored. It was like 4:30am on a Saturday, so I sent Kai a message, realizing I probably wouldn't get this resolved until Monday. Literally like one minute later, a real person spent about 20 minutes with me evaluating and then fixing the issue. I had entered something incorrectly, but they were able to get it all resolved at 5am on a Saturday. Amazing Customer Service, and very friendly too, you know, that's a nice touch now a days

I really searched and tested a ton of Quantity Break apps and Free Shipping progress apps. There are in each segment some good ones, but you barely find a suitable one for both. Kai progress bar was easy to install and set up. And if you have an issue the team is around the corner within minutes and solves your issue immediately. For me it is the best solution as I am not such an technical expert and need an easy setup and interface. Clear recommendation!
