I never had the chance to actually try the service. After starting the free trial, I began the setup process through the AI. When it came time to publish the campaign on my Meta Ads account, an issue occurred. From that point on, everything got stuck in a loop where it was impossible to publish, restart, or delete the process. Following the AI’s own suggestion, I contacted customer support, which—among other things—uses a Gmail address, not exactly the height of professionalism. Six days have passed, the trial has expired, and I have received neither a response nor a solution. Definitely not a service worth paying $99 per month for.
Hi,the publishing loop was related to a Meta authorization sync error during setup. Our engineering team is investigating and patching the workflow. We use Gmail within our structured ticketing workflow to ensure traceability and efficient routing. Our custom domain support email is currently being finalized as part of our infrastructure upgrade.
