Lorshae Apparel review for Promo.com ‑ Promo Video Maker

Great video creator that I was excited to use and publish but there seems to be a publishing bug where it will prevent you to upload! hits 99% and thats it I've contacted Promo and got no outcome so I sent another email hoping for some support to resolve it but nothing at all has been provided or some sort of info if its a known issue within the app or its been looked into. Like I said great app that I really want to use even pay for but just feeling like I've been left in the dark. See how I go any the next couple of days and hopefully able to change my review to a 5 star Thanks
