Used to work well, now I have issues with the app and support haven't answered 10 or so messages over the span of 3 weeks. Disappointed and will be cancelling the subscription

App is designed for stores but its not working with my theme at all No support option avaialble even FAQ page is showing 404 error

The app was actually exactly what I was looking for. The design looked great, easy to set up! Sadly it was not working well. The app should show all visitors in the last 2 days on my product pages but it was only tracking live visitors. The support team did not answer any emails. Deinstalled!

Good App, but the support is just horrible. I've been sending emails for 3-4 days, no answers. Even the Popup chat in the plugin, no answers they just read my messages. Had a bug in the plugin that I needed help with.
