Used to work well, now I have issues with the app and support haven't answered 10 or so messages over the span of 3 weeks. Disappointed and will be cancelling the subscription

App is designed for stores but its not working with my theme at all No support option avaialble even FAQ page is showing 404 error

The app was actually exactly what I was looking for. The design looked great, easy to set up! Sadly it was not working well. The app should show all visitors in the last 2 days on my product pages but it was only tracking live visitors. The support team did not answer any emails. Deinstalled!

Good App, but the support is just horrible. I've been sending emails for 3-4 days, no answers. Even the Popup chat in the plugin, no answers they just read my messages. Had a bug in the plugin that I needed help with.

This app was easy to set up and quick to use on my website. Excellent support. Liran was able to troubleshoot a little bug which was rectified quickly. Looking forward to seeing how this will evolve.

Super easy to use and very customisable - you can even upload your own icon! I had some issues with the app showing up on my store, support was very fast to resolve it and very friendly. Highly recommend!

So far this is doing what I want it to. The online help was fantastic and had me set up in minutes and stayed on the line while I worked out what was going wrong using screen shots to guide me. I will leave an update when I see if it helps with conversions but definitely worth a try and not one you need to mess about with your coding either.
