The app also supports collecting production materials like names or images after purchase, includes a one-time automatic reminder for unanswered requests, and keeps track of statuses such as waiting for response, revision requested, and approved so merchants can avoid missing approvals. It does not change the product page or cart, requires no merchant-side email delivery setup, and provides Japanese-language admin, customer pages, and emails.
